Processing Time
All shirts are made to order. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before your order ships.

Shipping Times (U.S.)

• Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days after processing
   
• We currently do not offer expedited or international shipping.
   

Shipping Costs

• Flat Rate Standard Shipping: $5.95
   
• FREE Shipping on U.S. orders over $75
   

Because all items are custom made to order, we do not offer refunds. Please review your size and order details carefully before placing your purchase.

Approved Exchanges Only

• Exchanges are accepted only for sizing issues or damaged items, and must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
   
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
   

Final Sale Items

• All sale items, limited-edition drops, and promotional items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
   

How to Request an Exchange

1. Email support@entertainingninjas.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
    
2. If approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to proceed.
    
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
    

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@entertainingninjas.com with a photo and order number. We’ll take care of it.
